Kanmo Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat on a 6-month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading retail and distribution group.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless daily operations and maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. You will act as a bridge between our logistical operations and our end customers, resolving inquiries and managing process flows to ensure efficiency. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle and resolve daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to track order statuses and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and operational data in our CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex operational issues to the management team for swift resolution.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly operational reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the customer operations team with administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily workflows.
  • Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Management or Communications preferred).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work well within a cross-functional team.
  • Must be willing to commit to a 6-month contract duration.
