Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on shipment status and customs clearance progress.
- Coordinate with internal customs and logistics teams to ensure all documentation meets international regulatory requirements.
- Proactively resolve client inquiries and troubleshoot logistics bottlenecks to prevent delays.
- Maintain accurate client records and performance metrics in our CRM and internal logistics management systems.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with international and local stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with regional customs policies and transport safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or customs sectors.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with logistics management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of international trade documentation and general customs procedures is a significant advantage.
