Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty
- Identify and resolve customer complaints while maintaining positive brand image
- Collaborate with sales/logistics teams to address complex customer needs
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to process improvements for better customer service efficiency
- Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Patient, empathetic, and results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
