Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
