Tanggung Jawab
- Provide end-to-end support to customers via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Guide clients through accurate measurement processes for custom orders.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting during the installation phase.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient issue resolution.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical concerns when necessary.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time and quality of service.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to explain technical concepts or complex instructions clearly.
- High level of proficiency with digital tools, CRM software, and chat support platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding measurements and order specifications.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule including weekends or holidays if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
