You will provide critical support, process orders and returns accurately, and offer expert product knowledge on our extensive range of premium health, beauty, and home care products.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and retail customers, building strong and lasting rapport.
  • Efficiently process product orders, exchanges, returns, and payments using the company's point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Offer detailed and accurate information regarding Amway products, promotions, and business opportunities.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Shop Manager to ensure the retail space is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized.
  • Handle inbound communication (phone and email) promptly, resolving inquiries and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Assist ABOs with accessing business tools, marketing materials, and registering for training events.
  • Uphold and enforce all company policies, operational procedures, and service standards with integrity.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess at least an SPM qualification; a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service, retail, or a front-line role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to effectively support our diverse ABO community).
  • Comfortable using technology, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and find effective solutions independently.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy retail environment.
  • Possesses a positive, energetic attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve their goals.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
