You will be an essential part of our retail operations, working engaging retail hours (typically 11 am to 9 pm). Your commitment will be rewarded with a competitive starting salary ranging from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000 per month, alongside opportunities for professional growth within a supportive environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers in our beauty and wellness retail outlet.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide tailored recommendations, and demonstrate product usage effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and organized retail display and store environment.
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and returns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Actively promote special offers, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty and wellness trends, products, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with no prior experience are warmly welcome to apply; full training will be provided.
- A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a desire to help others.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (typically 11 am - 9 pm).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new retail systems.
- Singaporean / PR applicants preferred due to urgent hiring needs.
