Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process for freight forwarding shipments, including BLs, invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate closely with customers, carriers, and internal operations teams to ensure timely communication.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding shipment status, tracking, and service requirements.
- Prepare and process customs-related documentation accurately and in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or discrepancies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records for all logistical transactions.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to both management and clients regarding shipment performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School/Diploma degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, specifically within CS-DOC or Import/Export operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, COO, Invoice, PL, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced logistics environment.
