You will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer accounts, tracking complex shipments, and ensuring all documentation is processed accurately. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.
- Monitor shipment status in real-time and provide proactive updates to clients regarding transit and delivery.
- Review and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bill of lading) for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate effectively with internal operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service performance metrics in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and enhance the overall client experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in Customer Service, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with logistics management software.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for document detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding, high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
