Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and client satisfaction? We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our growing team in Medan Kota. In this role, you will act as the backbone of our container shipping operations, ensuring that every booking is handled with precision and every client receives world-class service.
As our Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our shipping clients. Your goal is to streamline the end-to-end shipping process, resolve operational challenges in real-time, and maintain the high quality of service that our brand is known for. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end container shipping bookings and documentation with high accuracy.
- Provide prompt and professional communication to clients regarding shipment status and updates.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, including port operations and trucking partners, to ensure smooth execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential logistics bottlenecks to prevent delays.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests with a customer-centric approach.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping manifests, invoices, and operational reports.
- Ensure full compliance with shipping regulations and internal service quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end shipping operations and export/import documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
