Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end export process for international shipments.
- Coordinate closely with clients, shipping lines, and agents to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Prepare, verify, and process all necessary export shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List).
- Provide proactive updates to customers regarding shipment status and potential delays.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions in the internal database.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service representative in a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of export procedures and international trade documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipping deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with logistics software.
