As a key player in our operations, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that goods move seamlessly across international borders.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end documentation processes, coordinate with customs brokers, and maintain excellent relationships with our international partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process for export and import shipments, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and resolving inquiries professionally.
- Verify and prepare all essential shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address any delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions within our internal tracking system.
- Ensure that all operational activities adhere to company policies and international trade regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an export-import or freight forwarding environment.
- Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures and international trade documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
