Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with minimum 2 years in customer service or logistics
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of international shipping regulations
