As an intern with our logistics operations team, you will gain hands-on experience in managing international shipments, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing world-class support to our clients. This role is designed for students or fresh graduates who are eager to learn the complexities of freight forwarding, customs documentation, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment.
You will work directly with experienced industry professionals, assisting in daily operational tasks that ensure the seamless movement of goods across borders. If you possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the customer service team in managing and tracking shipment status for international clients.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery of freight.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, and customs clearance paperwork.
- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain internal databases and logs to ensure shipment data is updated in real-time.
- Support the logistics team in resolving operational issues or shipping discrepancies as they arise.
- Prepare daily reports on shipment progress for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a fresh graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- A proactive learner with a deep interest in the freight forwarding and export-import industry.
- Able to commit to an internship program for at least 3-6 months.
