Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customer inquiries regarding logistics operations, shipments, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and distribution teams to ensure order fulfillment accuracy
- Process customer orders, returns, and modifications while maintaining transaction records
- Proactively track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients via phone/email/chat
- Resolve customer complaints and service disruptions with solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize service quality and operational efficiency
- Generate and analyze customer service metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with 1-2 years customer service experience; logistics background preferred
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and transportation regulations
