Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import and export shipment processes, including documentation, booking, and tracking.
- Provide proactive and professional communication to clients regarding shipment status and resolve any arising operational issues.
- Coordinate efficiently with vendors, trucking companies, shipping lines, and airlines to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Monitor and prepare necessary customs documentation to ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations (PPJK/EDI).
- Handle client inquiries and complaints with a customer-centric approach to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and review billing/invoicing documentation accurately for all processed shipments.
- Update internal logistics management systems in real-time to maintain accurate data visibility for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelorβs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in international freight forwarding operations.
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs clearance (PIB/PEB), and incoterms.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in using logistics software/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
