Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a Call Centre environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and process improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
