Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal database.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to reach individual and group performance KPIs.
  • Adhere to security and compliance protocols during every customer interaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to fresh graduates (Senior High School or College level/degree).
  • No prior BPO or customer service experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a high level of patience and empathy.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to report to the Alabang site in Metro Manila.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
