Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate and efficient information regarding company products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
- Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed daily performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic tone at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shifting, and dynamic environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
