Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, financial products, or healthcare services with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, explaining complex details in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Process customer requests, updates, and transactions accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.
  • Educate customers on available products, services, and self-service options to enhance their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in Insurance, Financial Services, or Healthcare industries, is highly preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional demeanor.
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications (CRM experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Amenable to working on-site in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, and flexible with shifts (which may include weekends or holidays).
