Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import and export documentation including Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal warehouse teams.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively update clients on delivery timelines and potential bottlenecks.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations and company logistics policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries, disputes, or logistical issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions in the internal ERP or tracking system.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import/export operations or customer service within the logistics/manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, Incoterms, and international trade procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with ERP software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
