As a key member of our logistics department, you will navigate complex import/export regulations, coordinate with freight forwarders, and provide top-tier support to our diverse client base. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end import and export documentation including Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal warehouse teams.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively update clients on delivery timelines and potential bottlenecks.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations and company logistics policies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, disputes, or logistical issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions in the internal ERP or tracking system.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import/export operations or customer service within the logistics/manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, Incoterms, and international trade procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with ERP software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict shipping deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
