Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipment status, tracking, and logistics services.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all incoming orders.
  • Update and maintain customer profiles, shipment records, and relevant documentation within the CRM system.
  • Process freight quotes and invoices accurately, ensuring all details align with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to clients regarding delivery schedules and potential delays.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a Customer Service or Logistics role.
  • Age 21 to 35 years old.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with logistics terminology, supply chain processes, and basic freight forwarding.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules if required.
