Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipment status, tracking, and logistics services.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all incoming orders.
- Update and maintain customer profiles, shipment records, and relevant documentation within the CRM system.
- Process freight quotes and invoices accurately, ensuring all details align with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to clients regarding delivery schedules and potential delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a Customer Service or Logistics role.
- Age 21 to 35 years old.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with logistics terminology, supply chain processes, and basic freight forwarding.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules if required.
