Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding Resmed products and services
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately within SLAs
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex product issues
- Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics for call quality, resolution time, and CSAT scores
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for customer experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center or healthcare setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Basic medical device knowledge or willingness to learn
- Malaysian work authorization required
