- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service consistently.
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in our database systems.
- Adhere to company policies, performance standards, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to reach individual and team-based KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates (K-12 or College level) with no previous BPO experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Must be willing to work on-site at our Shaw, Mandaluyong location.

- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
