Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support for online streaming accounts via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related inquiries efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and process improvements
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain current knowledge of streaming platforms and services
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and multitasking in digital environments
- Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
