Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding vehicle rental services with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor and track rental vehicle units for availability, maintenance status, and optimal utilization
- Process rental applications, documentation, and contracts accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with maintenance team for vehicle servicing, repairs, and quality assurance
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, rental transactions, and service feedback
- Provide comprehensive information about rental packages, terms, conditions, and insurance options
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service operations
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and implement effective solutions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or hospitality preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in rental or transportation industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
- Proficient in using computer systems, rental management software, and office applications
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Valid driver's license (Class A or B) is considered an additional advantage
