Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment tracking, vessel schedules, and cargo status.
- Coordinate closely with internal operational teams to ensure accurate cargo documentation and booking processes.
- Proactively address and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or service issues.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with external agents and freight forwarders.
- Monitor vessel departure and arrival schedules to ensure real-time updates for clients.
- Prepare periodic shipping reports and maintain organized documentation for audit and tracking purposes.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company standards and maritime regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the shipping or logistics industry.
- In-depth understanding of vessel operations and shipping schedules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with a high attention to detail.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
