Evergreen Line, a global leader in container shipping and logistics, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist (Import/Export) to join our dynamic team in Semarang. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring seamless shipping operations and exceptional service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end import and export documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders and port authorities, and proactively addressing client needs to foster long-term partnerships. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end import and export documentation process ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Provide prompt and professional support to clients regarding shipping status, freight rates, and transit schedules.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, analyzing service metrics and self-group operational data for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, operations, and documentation teams, to resolve shipping discrepancies efficiently.
  • Monitor and track shipments, proactively updating customers on potential delays or logistical changes.
  • Ensure all internal systems are updated with accurate shipment data to maintain operational integrity.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of Import/Export documentation (B/L, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics management software.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet strict shipping deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
