Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end export documentation process for sea and air freight shipments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and professional support throughout the supply chain lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal departments, port authorities, and logistics partners to ensure on-time vessel and flight departures.
- Handle complex inquiries regarding export regulations, billing, and logistical requirements with high accuracy.
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively troubleshoot potential delays or operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain comprehensive records and ensure compliance with both company standards and international trade policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service delivery to enhance client loyalty and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export operations, shipping, or freight forwarding.
- Proficient understanding of export documentation (Bill of Lading, Air Waybills, Customs clearances).
- Strong command of English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics/ERP software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
