Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process customer orders for trucking services with precision and efficiency
- Coordinate with truck drivers and logistics team to ensure timely pickup and delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to customers
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer communications
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or transportation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using customer service software and logistics management systems
- Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
