Since 2018, we have been revolutionizing the Indonesian logistics landscape by bridging the gap between digital efficiency and reliable freight management.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our digital logistics solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to streamline operations, resolve inquiries, and foster long-term partnerships. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the customer journey in the supply chain industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Freighthub clients, ensuring timely resolution of operational inquiries.
  • Proactively monitor shipment progress and provide transparent updates to customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams to address client feedback and improve platform features.
  • Educate clients on the utilization of the Freighthub digital dashboard to enhance their logistics efficiency.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and ensure service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized customer service processes to scale our operations effectively.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Logistics Operations.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian logistics and supply chain market.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex operational problems under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
