Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance products, policies, and claims.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to policyholders, agents, and beneficiaries.
  • Document and track all customer interactions in the case management system.
  • Process policy changes, payment entries, and claim filings as required.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant insurance products.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Meet defined performance metrics including quality, adherence, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development sessions to enhance your skills.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a College Graduate (any course). Undergraduates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work on-site in Alabang, Metro Manila.
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Must be a Filipino citizen or a legal resident with a valid work permit.
