In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our Partners and Customers receive world-class assistance.
As a key member of our support team, you will handle a mix of inbound and outbound communication, helping to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. We offer a stable 5-day work week with a professional schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing for a great work-life balance. Whether you are resolving complex inquiries or guiding a new partner through our product ecosystem, your contribution will directly impact our success in the Malaysian market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer and partner inquiries via email and chat with accuracy and speed.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to track order statuses and delivery updates.
- Assist in the onboarding of new partners by explaining company policies and loyalty programs.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work the fixed shift of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about health and nutrition products.
