Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.
- Manage and resolve complex customer escalations, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates in the database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical or process-related issues.
- Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer concerns and potential process improvements.
- Adhere to established quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to building a supportive and efficient workflow as part of the pioneer account team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a Call Center Environment (CCE).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving pioneer environment.
- Proven capability to handle escalations and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and CRM tools.
- Willingness to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
