Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customs clearance for import/export shipments
- Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation (SAD, invoices, permits)
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
- Monitor compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and tariffs
- Resolve customs audits and clearance discrepancies
- Optimize customs processes to reduce lead times and costs
- Maintain digital and physical customs documentation records
- Train staff on customs compliance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade
- Minimum 2 years customs clearance experience in Indonesia
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations (Kepmenperindag)
- Proficiency in customs declaration systems (SAD, PEB)
- Certification in customs brokerage (optional)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with logistics software (WMS, TMS)
