As Customs Brokerage Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customs authorities, clients, and internal stakeholders. You will develop strategies to navigate complex customs regulations, manage documentation requirements, and ensure timely clearance of goods. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in customs brokerage, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all customs brokerage operations and import/export clearance processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customs brokers and clearance specialists
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations, tariffs, and trade policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customs authorities and regulatory bodies
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customs clearance processes and reduce operational costs
- Review and approve customs documentation, including tariff classifications and valuation
- Resolve customs issues, disputes, and audits effectively and efficiently
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and trade policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs brokerage, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in customs clearance software and systems
- Professional certification in customs brokerage is a plus
