Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process customs clearance documentation (PIB/PEB) accurately and within established deadlines.
- Coordinate closely with the Bea Cukai (Customs) office and internal stakeholders to resolve clearance issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current Customs and Excise regulations (Kepabeanan).
- Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and review all necessary supporting documents, including HS Code classification, invoices, and packing lists.
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding customs procedures and import/export requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the customs clearance process to prevent delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Customs Clearance or PPJK role.
- Possess a valid Customs Expert Certification (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HS Code classification and Indonesian Customs Information System (CEISA).
- Proficient in MS Office suite and customs documentation software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
