Join our dynamic logistics team as a Customs Clearance Supervisor and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth international trade operations. As a Mandarin-speaking Customs Clearance Supervisor at PT SANFU INTERNASIONAL COMPANI, you'll be responsible for overseeing all import customs clearance processes, managing quota applications, and maintaining compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all import customs clearance activities to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Manage quota applications and ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and policies
- Lead a team of customs clearance officers and provide guidance on complex customs procedures
- Review and prepare customs documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Act as the primary point of contact for customs authorities and resolve any clearance issues or disputes
- Monitor changes in customs regulations and implement necessary adjustments to compliance procedures
- Train and mentor team members on customs clearance processes and regulatory requirements
- Prepare regular reports on customs clearance performance and identify areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance and import/export operations
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements
- Experience managing a team and supervising customs clearance operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in customs clearance software and MS Office applications
- Certification in customs brokerage or international trade is a plus
