Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations for import/export shipments
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and tariff codes
- Liaise with customs authorities to resolve clearance issues and inquiries
- Maintain detailed records of customs transactions and documentation
- Monitor regulatory changes and update procedures accordingly
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely clearance of shipments
- Conduct internal customs compliance audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade
- Minimum 2 years of customs declaration experience in Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations (BPN/KPP)
- Certification in Customs Procedures (BP Batam equivalent)
- Proficiency in customs declaration software and MS Office
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Attention to detail with document verification skills
