Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive customs compliance strategies to support manufacturing operations.
- Manage the end-to-end import and export process, ensuring adherence to Indonesian customs laws and regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant government authorities (Bea Cukai).
- Oversee the preparation and verification of customs declarations, HS code classifications, and duty calculations.
- Conduct internal audits to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and lead the customs/logistics team to improve departmental productivity and knowledge.
- Analyze logistics data to optimize duty payment structures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing trade policies and regulations affecting the manufacturing industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in customs management, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Customs Law, Kepabeanan regulations, and tax requirements (PPN/PPh Import).
- Proven track record in managing import/export licensing and facilities (e.g., KITE, Bonded Zone/Kawasan Berikat).
- Advanced certification in Customs/Export-Import management is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
