Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
- Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation for imports/exports
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
- Calculate and verify customs duties, taxes, and other charges
- Conduct internal audits to maintain customs compliance standards
- Investigate and resolve customs clearance issues and discrepancies
- Stay updated on changes in customs legislation and trade policies
- Train staff on customs procedures and documentation requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in customs brokerage or compliance
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations (BKP) and procedures
- Proficiency in customs declaration systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in Customs Brokerage (optional but preferred)
