Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise all customs zone operations to ensure strict adherence to Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customs clearance processes, reducing processing times by 20%+
- Lead and mentor a team of customs specialists, providing guidance on compliance documentation and procedural updates
- Coordinate with customs authorities, logistics partners, and internal departments to resolve clearance issues
- Monitor and report on customs-related KPIs including clearance times, compliance rates, and cost efficiency
- Stay current with evolving customs regulations, ASEAN trade agreements, and APEC protocols
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to align customs strategies with supply chain objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customs management, with 3+ years in free trade zone environments
- Deep expertise in Indonesian customs procedures, including BKPB, Sistem Pelayanan Terpadu (SPT), and PIB systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ members
- Advanced proficiency in customs management software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification in customs brokerage or trade compliance (e.g., CLE, CSCP) preferred
