Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot cutting and printing machinery to maximize uptime and efficiency
- Supervise and mentor production teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs with technical teams
- Monitor production metrics and optimize processes to meet/exceed output targets
- Manage inventory of raw materials and consumables for cutting/printing operations
- Conduct quality inspections at production stages to ensure product specifications
- Document machine performance, maintenance logs, and production reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in cutting/printing machinery supervision
- Technical certification in printing technology or industrial machinery operation
- Strong knowledge of offset/digital printing and CNC cutting systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Leadership experience with production teams of 5+ members
- Proficiency in production tracking software and inventory systems
- Understanding of ISO quality management standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines
