PT. TRAX SUMBIRI INDO is a fast-growing leader in the garment manufacturing industry, and we are looking for a dynamic Cutting Leader to join our production team in Batang, Central Java. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the initial stages of the apparel production lifecycle, ensuring that our cutting operations are both precise and efficient.
As our Cutting Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the cutting floor, optimizing fabric usage to minimize waste, and leading a team of skilled operators to achieve daily production targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the cutting department team to ensure optimal productivity and safety.
- Manage the daily production schedule to meet deadlines while maintaining high output quality.
- Conduct fabric inspections and ensure accurate spreading and cutting processes to minimize material wastage.
- Coordinate with the production planning and inventory control departments to ensure material availability.
- Monitor and maintain cutting equipment performance, performing minor troubleshooting when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety protocols, and 5S workplace standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding production yield, fabric consumption, and team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a garment cutting room or related manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a high-volume production setting.
- Strong knowledge of fabric types, patterns, and cutting techniques (manual and automated/CNC).
- Proficient in interpreting production layouts and technical garment specifications.
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly in optimizing fabric utilization and efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight manufacturing deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
