Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of assigned hospital areas, including patient rooms, waiting areas, offices, and restrooms.
- Perform routine sanitization and disinfection of high-touch surfaces to prevent the spread of infections.
- Empty trash receptacles, dispose of medical and general waste according to safety protocols, and replace liners.
- Restock restroom and patient room supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure minimal disruption to patient care.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK (High School Diploma) or equivalent.
- Proven previous experience as a cleaner or janitor, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Honest, disciplined, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow strict health and safety guidelines regarding chemical usage and infection control.
- Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends or public holidays if required.
