Predmet Babakan Villa is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Daily Worker Gardener to join our prestigious hospitality team. If you have a passion for greenery and take pride in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you.
As a vital member of our grounds maintenance crew, you will ensure that our tropical gardens remain lush, vibrant, and immaculate year-round. We offer a fantastic opportunity to work in one of Bali’s most desirable locations, contributing to the serene aesthetic of our villas.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily watering and irrigation of plants, flowers, and lawns to ensure optimal health.
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, and prune shrubs to maintain a tidy and aesthetic appearance.
- Remove weeds, dead leaves, and debris from garden paths and walkways.
- Operate and maintain garden tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Assist in planting new seasonal flowers or plants as directed by the landscape supervisor.
- Monitor plants for signs of disease or pests and report issues to management.
- Ensure the garden area is clean and free of hazards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Valid identification (KTP/SIM) is preferred.
- Willingness to work on a daily basis.
