Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and claims.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on customer behavior to identify churn risks and opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into technical data requirements.
- Monitor and audit data quality to ensure accuracy in all internal and external reporting.
- Evaluate existing pricing strategies and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations for senior management to guide strategic planning.
- Identify operational bottlenecks within claims management through rigorous statistical analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar business intelligence role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data modeling is highly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and modeling).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
