- Analyze large, complex financial datasets to identify market trends, trading anomalies, and hedging opportunities.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain automated data pipelines to support real-time trading and risk management decisions.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and visualization tools using Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to backtest and refine hedging models and trading strategies.
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports summarizing trading performance, risk exposures, and execution quality.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality across all trading platforms and analytical databases.
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency through scripting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a financial institution, brokerage, or fintech company.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, querying, and manipulation.
- Hands-on programming experience with Python (pandas, numpy) or R for data analysis and task automation.
- Demonstrated experience building reporting dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Familiarity with financial instruments, trading concepts, or hedging strategies is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to convey complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
