Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to track key performance indicators.
- Ensure data accuracy by cross-referencing operational reports with established accounting standards.
- Perform regular data audits to maintain high-quality input for management reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify reporting needs and process improvements.
- Analyze historical trends to provide data-driven recommendations for operational cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Maintain administrative documentation with high precision and confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in an administrative capacity requiring analytical rigor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial data reconciliation.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professional responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical data in non-technical terms.
