Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for retail operations? Hypefast is looking for a meticulous Freelance Data Analyst to join our high-growth team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational intelligence, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive efficiency across our sourcing, production, warehouse, and customer service departments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Compile, cleanse, and analyze end-to-end retail operation data, including sourcing, production, and warehouse logistics.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service and operational health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose data-backed solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms and database systems.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support specific retail operation initiatives and project requirements.
- Standardize data collection processes to improve the efficiency and reliability of retail reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or logistics sector.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain logistics, and production metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer while meeting strict project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
