Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize supply chain efficiency through data insights
- Create predictive models for demand forecasting and inventory management
- Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders on market performance and operational metrics
- Implement data quality protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Support digital transformation initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with FMCG or manufacturing industry data is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
